Donation drop-off accepted at our store during:
Tuesday - Saturday 10 AM - 5PM
We will provide a receipt for your donated items.
If you are unable to transport a large donation, we offer a pick up service in the Comal County area!
Due to high volume of requests, we are currently 3 - 4 weeks out for donation pick-ups. If you need items picked up sooner, please let us know in the Comments/Notes section below.
Please see the list of donation items we do not accept to ensure your donation qualifies for this service. Pick-ups are scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the submission of requests. Our ReStore & Facilities Manager will contact you by email to schedule a specific date for pick-up service within 24 to 72 business hours. *Due to our policy restrictions, we cannot enter residences or retrieve items that necessitate navigating stairs. Our staff does not assemble or disassemble items to be donated. Please secure outside animals during your scheduled pick-up for the safety of our staff, donors, and donors' pets.*

The option to make a monetary donation will be in your confirmation email once the form has been submitted. This gift is completely voluntary and goes directly to cover the cost of gas to and from our donors' homes.
