We accept donations dropped off at our store at the following times:

Monday through Saturday - 9 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Sunday - 12p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

We will provide a receipt for your donated items.

Due to a high volume of donated paint. We are temporarily unable to receive anymore donated paint until further notice.

If you are unable to transport a large donation, we offer a pick up service in the Comal County area!

To see if your donation qualifies for this service, check the list of donations we are able to accept. You'll receive an option to donate in your confirmation email once you submit this form. We schedule our pick ups as the requests arrive and on a first-come-first-serve basis. A ReStore staff member or volunteer will call to schedule a specific date for pick-up. *We cannot go into a home for pickup or delivery*

Due to our ReStore policies, we are unable to accept the following items:

Mattresses (unless new and still wrapped in original packaging)
Furniture in poor condition (rips, hair, stains)
Unframed glass
Blinds that are not in boxes
Food
Clothing
Lumber or plywood less than 4 feet in length - must be nail-free
Opened paint
Chemicals (unless new and unopened)
Non-working appliances
Furniture in poor condition (has to be in average or above condition, has to be repairable with minimal time and cost to repair)
Waterbeds & bedding
Tires
Batteries
Un-framed mirrors
Headboards (unless with full set)
Used toilets
Carpet
TVs that aren't flat screen
Sofa beds

NOTE*

We may refuse some items below temporarily due to the warehouse being overstocked.

We are not accepting any blinds, light fixtures or entertainment centers at the moment due to being over stocked
